“Boruto” Chapter 29 is expected to be an exciting chapter, what with Kashin Koji and Delta from Kara entering Konoha. This presents quite a few possibilities, including epic battles in the village that could ultimately end up with Boruto getting kidnapped. The chapter could also see Sakura coming back as a ninja and fighting with Delta.
In the previous chapter, Kawaki bought a vase along with Naruto in order to apologize for breaking Himari’s vase. At the end of that chapter, it was revealed that Boruto would rather have their visitor put the broken vase back together using glue. It’s likely that Kawaki will do this in “Boruto” Chapter 29 if only out of pure stubbornness.
There is also the part about Kawaki potentially being a lot more thoughtful than he seems, which would have been quite the profound trait if he wasn’t brought up the way he was. As OtakuKart notes, Kawaki was able to make a connection with Sarada even though he was quite rude to her. This suggests that the runaway isn’t that resistant to acclimating with his surroundings. “Boruto” Chapter 29 might even show a sincere side of him that he might not have been able to nurture.
Unfortunately, trouble is also brewing and “Boruto” Chapter 29 will see Kara making its move to find its missing vessel. This could then lead to trouble if Naruto ends up confronting Koji who seems to have a connection with Konoha. More to the point, this could result in a battle that would then force the ninjas to take action in the middle of the village.
With this being the case, it’s possible that dormant ninjas who are living ordinary lives could come back to active duty. Sakura could be one of these ninjas and she could even end up fighting Delta in “Boruto” Chapter 29. It’s been a while since her super punches were showcased, after all.
In a discussion over at Reddit, fans also theorize that “Boruto” Chapter 29 will see Boruto getting captured as a replacement for Kawaki. After all, the genin also possesses Karma. The release date for this upcoming chapter is Nov. 26 and it can’t come fast enough.
