The confrontation between Kara and Konoha has finally happened. However, instead of it being instigated by Koji like a lot of people have been speculating, it was Delta who decided to make the first move. In “Boruto” Chapter 31, she will be facing Naruto himself, who she should stand no chance against. However, is she actually more powerful than she appears? If so, will she cause a lot of damage to the Hokage?
It’s clear from the way she acts and how she talks that Delta believes herself to be above everyone else in terms of her standing. This arrogance even shows itself in the face of fighting Naruto, the person who arguably contributed most to defeating Madara who was closest to reaching god status. Ideally, she should get the beat down that she deserves in “Boruto” Chapter 31, but this is not guaranteed.
Depending on how dirty she plays, she might actually stand a chance of hurting Naruto. What’s more, Boruto did not take his sister and run when he was told to, so now the Hokage will have to worry about them getting caught in the crossfire. If Naruto can simply go all out, “Boruto” Chapter 31 would be a guaranteed victory for him.
On that note, it’s worth pointing out that there have been significant advancements in ninjutsu science since the days when Naruto reigned supreme. These days, there is an actual chance that he will lose simply because Delta had some gizmo up her sleeve. Will “Boruto” Chapter 31 seriously see the fall of traditional ninjutsu alongside Naruto?
In any case, readers have a long way off before they will see what happens with “Boruto” Chapter 31. The chapter isn’t set to come out until Jan. 28, 2019. Once again, fans are left having bittersweet feelings about the latest chapter released being too short.
