“Boruto” Episode 78 will feature yet another episode of Boruto and Co. tracking down Mitsuki, which is becoming quite the drag for fans. Story arcs are supposed to take some time to finish, but at this point, some are pointing out that the Mitsuki arc is already dragging out. This time, Boruto and his companions will have to go to the Hidden Stone Village in another mysterious game of cat and mouse.
At this point, it’s safe to say that “Boruto” Episode 78 will feature yet another installment where Mistuki has not been found. Leaving nothing but scraps for his teammates to follow, this Orochimaru clone has basically been sending his supposed friends on an Easter Egg hunt. As The Anime Scrolls note, this hunt did end up with Boruto having a giant snake as a summon, but still.
With the White Snake Sage’s advice, Boruto and everyone else will now be heading towards the Earth Country. It’s a good thing that the ninja world is at peace right now or the young ninjas’ actions in “Boruto” Episode 78 could lead to another war. The further that the young genin go, though, the more mysterious this whole debacle is becoming.
It’s also worth expecting that there will be some obstacles blocking the young ninjas in “Boruto” Episode 78. This time, instead of a giant snake, it’s going to be another ninja. Apparently, this one will be a Jounin, OtakuKart reports. This would put the enemy’s level close to Kakashi and the like, thus making the fight difficult for Boruto.
“Boruto” Episode 78 is scheduled to air on Oct. 21. Fans can watch the anime via official channels like Crunchyroll in order to directly support the anime industry. It’s a worthwhile method of ensuring that animes like this one continue to be produced.
