They appear to be getting access to Victor’s company facilities coinciding with an inspection to be conducted by the Land of Valleys daimyo. The same teaser, per Organic Dinosaur’s translation, mentions the duo acquiring “some confidential information” that will later allow them to explore a more restricted area of Victor’s company.

This should soon establish Victor’s connection to a much larger threat that can take away the peace across the shinobi world.
