Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still trying to settle their divorce case and it seems that the proceedings have taken a toll on both stars. The Blast reported that the once golden couple of Hollywood is seeking a “bifurcated judgment” as the legal process trudges forward.
What this means is that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will be considered divorce and single even before the court passes its final decision. Two of the major reasons why it’s taking a while for the settlement to wrap up is the millions’ worth of asset that the two stars have on their name and the custody agreement that has yet to be decided.
It’s being speculated that the divorce case of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie would take months before everything is ironed out. Add the fact that the pair hasn’t exactly met eye to eye on several fronts and the legal process will undoubtedly be dragged further.
Indeed, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s last meetup in January apparently took a downward spiral when the dialogue exchange devolved into a heated argument. Until now, it’s still unclear what sparked the verbal conflict.
Meanwhile, the rumor mill is still hard at work in creating fabricated stories about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The latest of which involved their six children once again claiming that the actor is pissed at the “Maleficent” star for spoiling their kids and giving them whatever they want.
The premise is being peddled by International Business Times (via Gossip Cop), which got its angle from Hollywood Life, a site that is well-known for spinning unfounded tales. Needless to say, it was easy to spot that the story was bogus off the bat as both publications have poor records about responsible journalism. As for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, both have been civil towards each other in recent months as they worked through the legal process of legalizing their separation, as well as ironing out the details about custody of their children.
