A few weeks ago, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie met in Beverly Hills to discuss the finalization of their custody battle. The meet-up reportedly went south and both parties became upset at some point during the exchange, The Blast reported.
Now, that friction is expected to spark more fires as Brad Pitt recently attended Jennifer Aniston’s 50th birthday. Angelina Jolie has yet to comment on this development and it’s not expected she’ll do so in the foreseeable future.
Following the unexpected appearance of Brad Pitt at Jennifer Aniston’s milestone, the gossip mill exploded with stories that the ex-couple are going to get back together. For instance, In Touch magazine (via Gossip Cop) published a story recently claiming that the two is planning to rekindle their past romance now that both of them are single. But given that the publication isn’t a reliable source of information, it’s best to take their word with a grain of salt. Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie was last seen taking her brood out at an escape room in New York.
The “Maleficent” star has been increasingly seen with her children out in public and the actress doesn’t seem affected about Brad Pitt’s latest outing. But even though this is the case, there’s still the chance of Angelina Jolie bringing up her ex-husband’s recent attendance when they meet again. This sort of behavior does have precedence if the rumors are to be believed.
There were speculations on the web that Angelina Jolie was planning to bring up Brad Pitt’s previous child abuse allegations should the case ever goes to court. This is despite the fact that the investigation found the actor not guilty of any such claims.
The accusation stems from a story in 2016 where Brad Pitt supposedly became verbally abusive towards one of the children inside a private jet owned by the couple. This led to Angelina Jolie filing for a divorce and cited irreconcilable differences as the basis for the separation.
