Britney Spears Forced to Stay in Mental Health Facility? Boyfriend Allegedly Ditched Singer While She’s Being Treated

Britney Spears is being treated at a mental health facility right now and there were rumors that the “Gimme More” singer was forced to enter the center. Her fans are very suspicious that is why the hashtag #FreeBritney trended on social media.

Fans are concerned after alleging that Britney Spears was locked away at a mental health facility because he father Jamie Spears held her there against her will. The suspicions arose after a popular podcast called “Britney’s Gram” broadcast a "special emergency episode" after allegedly getting a voicemail from a paralegal who introduced himself as formerly involved with Birtney Spear’s conservatorship.

Inside Edition reported that the message stated, "It came to Jamie Spears' attention that Britney was not taking her medication as prescribed and Jamie said, 'Either you take this medication or the show's off.'”

The message continued, “Britney did not follow Jamie’s instructions and so he was true to his word, he pulled the show and verbatim said, 'Blame it on my illness.’” It was assumed that the show being referred to was Britney Spear’s Las Vegas residency shows.

Through the voicemail, it was also learned that Britney Spears actually entered the mental facility in mid-January but the paralegal mentioned that the singer did not voluntarily checked in in the facility and alleged that there is “no end sight for her stay at the mental facility.”

Tess Barker, a co-host in the podcast said that they do not believe that the voicemail came from a credible source but they published it in case the claims are true. Meanwhile, while Britney Spears is locked up at rehab, it was reported her boyfriend Sam Asghari took the chance and dumped her.

“Sam’s not thrilled with the prospect of nurse-maiding Britney back from the brink again,” the tipster said. “He’s also feeling in over his head by taking on the responsibility of helping to raise her two sons.”

But Gossip Cop debunked the claims and pointed out that the report has many issues like inconsistencies. First, it claimed that Britney Spears and her BF’s relationship is like a roller coaster ride and wants out, then stated later that the guy is so in love with the singer and wanted to marry her. The couple is still together despite the reports that she is currently confined at a mental health center.
