Burger King UK just announced the arrival of two new burgers, and these are said to be part of its The Gourmet Kings Range of burger sandwiches. The fast-food chain is offering the Steakhouse Angus and the Argentinian Angus burgers to bring the gourmet feel to its restaurants once again.
As posted on The Free Press, Burger King UK’s newest flame-grilled burger menu items are 100% made from British and Irish Aberdeen Angus beef. Each of the new flavors was handcrafted and layered with only the freshest, premium ingredients, so customers will get to enjoy burgers with the finest quality.
In its announcement via social media, Burger King UK stated that the Steakhouse Angus and the Argentinian Angus burgers are going to be around the whole year. “Meet the Steakhouse and Argentinian Angus, made with 100% British and Irish Aberdeen Angus beef topped with oak smoked cheddar cheese and these will be the best burgers you’ve had all year,” the restaurant wrote in a post.
Moreover, the Argentinian has been described to have the Angus beef patty with sliced onions and topped with the fresh rocket and British and Irish oak smoked cheddar cheese. For the finishing touch, additional crispy onions, a dash of chili sauce, and Chimichurri mayo will be added. These will then be enclosed in a lightly toasted brioche bun.
As for the Steakhouse, it will also have the Angus beef patty, mayonnaise, tomatoes, fresh rocket, and crispy onions. It will offer an extra smoky flavor with the addition of the melted oak smoked cheddar, BBQ sauce, and slices of crispy bacon strips. Customers can take a big bite with these good-tasting ingredients in a brioche bun.
“Our new Gourmet Kings collection has been in development for over a year,” Burger King UK’s chief marketing officer, Katie Evans, said in a statement. “We took the time to create and source the perfect ingredients to complement and elevate our flame-grilled, 100% Aberdeen Angus beef. With oak-smoked British and Irish cheddar and layers of fresh ingredients, we’re delighted to finally serve the Gourmet Kings range to customers across our restaurants and via delivery.”
