Austin, Texas, June 27, 2017 -- Campus Advantage®, a leader in student housing, providing property management, consulting, acquisitions, and development services, today announced the promotion of Raka Sandell to Vice President of Project Management. In her new role, Sandell will help structure and successfully execute projects across the company, and spanning their entire lifecycle.
Since joining Campus Advantage in March 2014, Sandell has played a key part in ensuring the student housing leader’s operations, acquisitions, development and business operations are a success. Most recently, she played a vital role in building the Company’s strategic partnership relationship with Saban Capital Group by leading the asset acquisition transition efforts.
