Umpqua Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:UMPQ), the parent company of Umpqua Bank and Umpqua Investments, Inc., today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.18 per common share, an increase of 12.5% from the prior quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on October 16, 2017, to shareholders of record as of October 2, 2017.
