COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., March 30, 2017 -- Cherwell Software announced today the release of two new Human Resources (HR) service management solutions for organizations interested in expanding the use of Cherwell® Service Management to include non-IT use cases across the enterprise.
The HR Case Management and HR Employee Administration mAppTM solutions enable HR teams to deliver better service with fewer resources and at lower cost, offering a dedicated service catalog, knowledgebase, and HR-specific workflows and dashboards. The HR Case Management mApp helps HR service representatives manage and track employee requests, and the HR Employee Administration mApp provides automated workflows for employee onboarding and off-boarding.
“Most human resources departments struggle to manage, prioritize, and respond to employee cases and requests in a timely and efficient manner. These solutions are built to ease the administrative burden placed on HR teams, and enable them to focus on initiatives that are central to their core purpose—attracting and retaining talent so the business grows and thrives,” said Matthew Peeples, Cherwell’s Senior Director of Enterprise Service Management. "The HR mApp solutions represent the latest addition to Cherwell’s line-of-business solutions that enable organizations to introduce the far-reaching benefits of service management to departments beyond the traditional walls of IT.”
More information about Cherwell’s HR mApp solutions, along with its other enterprise service management offerings, can be found on the Cherwell mApp Exchange.
