“Chicago Med” season 4 has been approved, so it is in the works now. When it airs, fans will see new faces to add more spice to the exciting medical drama. There is still some time before the next season premieres but it is nice to know some details beforehand, so read on below:
Spoilers
With “Chicago Med” season 4 coming soon, viewers are wondering how the story will continue and end. Likewise, there are many interesting storylines and scenes but many would like to know about "Manstead."
In the season 3 finale, Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) finally proposed to Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) and he did it just outside the hospital. The latter did not give any answer right away, and what will happen next is one of the most awaited stories when “Chicago Med” season 4 comes. Will Natalie accept the proposal? Or, maybe not?
Also, Dr. Connor Rhodes (Colin Donnell) got an offer to work at the Mayo Clinic and this is another thing to watch out for in the upcoming season. Has Dr. Connor decided to leave Gaffney Chicago Medical Center to work in a new environment?
Cast
In addition to Gehlfuss, DeVitto and Donnell, Oliver Platt (Dr. Daniel Charles), Rachel DiPillo (Dr. Sarah Reese), Brian Tee (Dr. Ethan Choi), S. Epatha Merkerson (Sharon Goodwin), Yaya DaCosta (Nurse April Sexton) and Marlyne Barrett (Maggie Lockwood) are also playing good roles in the medical drama.
There will also be new characters in “Chicago Med” season 4 and they are Molly Bernard and Colby Lewis. Deadline reported that the former will play a smart and overconfident medical student named Elsa Curry. She can be arrogant and impatient but her future looks bright in the medical field.
Colby Lewis will be Terry McNeal in the drama. He was a rising football player but decided to go to medical school instead of signing an NHL contract. Both Elsa and Terry are interns at the Gaffney Chicago Medical Center.
Finally, as per TV Line, “Chicago Med” season 4 will premiere on Sept. 26 at 8 p.m.
