Circle’s USDC Treasury expanded Solana’s supply of USD Coin (USDC) by 250 million tokens on Oct. 19; the mint does not establish where the tokens went afterward.

The batch’s timestamp was 8:10 a.m. ET (12:10 UTC). The issuance figure cannot be read as a measure of trading activity. The mint alone does not establish that USDC reached a trading venue or was later distributed.

SolanaFloor’s tally for the 24 hours through Oct. 15 put Circle’s USDC issuance on Solana at about $750 million, as EconoTimes previously reported. That earlier total covered issuance on Solana, rather than Circle’s issuance across all blockchains. The Oct. 19 batch was a later, separate issuance.
