("KLOX") have entered into agreements to globally commercialize and further develop KLOX’s human Oral Health technology platform. The agreements include a worldwide license to commercialize KLOX’s proprietary Biophotonic technology in the field of human Oral Health and an equity investment in KLOX by Colgate.
