Converse is collaborating with Pokemon to produce ten awesome shoe designs for both adults and kids in Japan.
Six different designs of All-Star Light Child's sneakers are already available: three featuring Pikachu and one each for Eevee, Piplup, and Mew. Each Pokemon features a high-top design with a velcro strap across the tongue in the appropriate color scheme.
Pikachu's is yellow, Eevee's is brown, Piplup's is a light blue, and Mew's is black, allowing the Mew print to shine out.
Each pair of shoes also features two separate Pokémon prints around the heel, ensuring that your kids will like them.
These high-top kids' shoes also feature an old-school holographic Converse ankle patch. To match the color of the shoe, it changes from the All-Star logo to a Poke Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, or Master Ball depending on the angle you're looking from.
The other two shoes in the All-Star Light Child's Pokemon collection are sneaker-style sneakers with a velcro strap across the tongue and a cool neon Pikachu motif. These shoes stand out with vivid green Pikachus and lightning bolts all over a black or white backdrop. They also glow in the dark.
The All-Star Light Child's Pokemon sneakers cost 6,600 yen each and come in a unique, colorful Pokemon shoe box.
A series of four high-tops, All-Star Light Converse shoes in the classic canvas style will be available soon for adults. Pikachu, Eevee, Charizard, and Mewtwo are featured on these sneakers, which come in four colorful colors with matching shoelaces to represent each Pokemon.
The adult All-Star Light High-Tops are slated to hit the market this month for 9,900 yen. They'll also come in a customized red and white shoebox that looks like a Pokeball.
You may purchase them when they become available via the Converse Japan Official Online Shop or from Converse locations across Japan. The kids' sneakers are now available for purchase.
