Among the verticals, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) registered the highest contribution in the Unified Communications and collaboration market, followed by education, government, public utilities and others. This continuous growth in the VoIP telephony segment is due to factors such as flexibility, lowering of operating expenses and portability.
