SAN FRANCISCO, May 08, 2018 -- Coupa Software (NASDAQ:COUP), a leader in business spend management (BSM), today announced the winners of its annual BSM Impact Awards. The awards recognize and celebrate three individuals who exemplify Coupa’s core values – ensure customer success, focus on results, and strive for excellence – in their workplaces and communities.
The three winners were nominated by Coupa employees and received their awards at Inspire ‘18 in San Francisco. The award winners are:
Ensure Customer Success: Donna Trowbridge, chief procurement officer at DBS Bank. Donna demonstrated an unwavering commitment to bringing the Coupa vision to life at DBS Bank, the largest bank in Southeast Asia. Her role in the rollout contributed to 92 percent of DBS’ suppliers transacting through Coupa and a 70 percent reduction in the time it takes to create a requisition or shopping basket.
Focus on Results: Dave Myerson, senior director of global procurement at NIKE, Inc., was recognized for his consistent leadership and vision for the organization’s future, which led Nike to improve speed and efficiency in its direct and indirect purchase to pay processes.
Strive for Excellence: JR Miller, controller and senior vice president of Finance at Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). JR led an organization-wide change management effort to bring in Coupa. His efforts paid off as LLS saved more than $6.2M in the first year that was reinvested into helping save the lives of more than 1.2M individuals affected by blood cancers each year.
“I am thrilled to recognize Donna, Dave and JR with our BSM Impact Awards for their dedication to success and excellence that epitomizes Coupa’s core values,” said Chief Marketing Officer Chandar Pattabhiram. “We have so many leaders across the Coupa community making significant impact to their businesses, and these three winners are great examples this year.”
