HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 17, 2016 -- DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DHT) ("DHT") announced that, in connection with the effect of the previously announced cash dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock to be paid on February 24, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2016, the Conversion Price of the Company's 4.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019 (the "Notes") was adjusted, effective February 11, 2016. The Conversion Price was adjusted from $7.5627 per share to $7.2811, which represents a Conversion Rate of approximately 137.3419 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of Notes.
