After months and months of countless waiting and wanting, the hit TV series ‘Daredevil’ is now back and fans just can’t be happy enough for how the first episode of the show turned out. Curious on how the story is? Read on and you’ll see. Warning: This article contains spoilers about ‘Daredevil’ Season 2 Episode 1.
Now back in action, our Daredevil Matt Murdock continues his job on taking out the bad guys in Hell’s Kitchen. Many fans are more than happy to get to see him do his thing which kind of resembles that of Batman. He has the whole masked vigilante going on, raspy voice, and the use of shadows to make things look sinister, and of course who would forget his ninja like moves.
But of course, it would not be a complete action, superhero episode without enemies and antagonist. And we have this time the infamous The Punisher. Yes, you heard it right. Finally, after months of speculating and countless reading of articles about his arrival on the show, he has finally showed himself on last week’s episode.
Frank Castle is not only in the building, but he’s outside the building, killing a whole bunch of Irish mobsters and looking to fill the Vincent D’Onofrio-sized hole in Hell’s Kitchen’s criminal subculture. Since we’ve got more hours of Daredevil this season, it’s no wonder why the Punisher stays hidden for most of the episode, but what we do see is both frightening and fascinating.
The second season will be more interesting and exciting than ever as we get to see the two of them clash. So stay tuned for more updates.
