MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 02, 2017 -- Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company, wins a Gold Stevie® Award for Dayforce Onboarding at the second annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers. Ceridian also won Stevie awards for Achievement in Employee Engagement, as well as Human Resources Team of the Year. Lisa Sterling, Chief People Officer at Ceridian, was honored with a Stevie award for CHRO of the year.
“It’s an honor to be recognized for our thought leadership and vision in Talent Management,” said Andrew Shopsowitz, Director, Product Management, Ceridian. “We recognize that effective onboarding is critical to employee engagement and retention, and isn’t something that starts and ends on your first day of work. We built Dayforce Onboarding to help organizations engage with new employees and internal hires from the moment an offer is accepted, through to their first few days, months and beyond.”
“Our organization is exceedingly focused on empowering people so they can be their best at work and at home. Ceridian human capital management technology facilitates that empowerment, as do our people programs. I’m very proud of what our entire team has accomplished, together,” said Lisa Sterling, Chief People Officer, Ceridian.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work. More than 500 nominations from organizations around the world were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories.
