“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” Chapter 187 is expected to bring in tons of action and surprising reveals. After all, the backstory of Yoriichi is in full swing so fans can reasonably expect exciting details about the life of the world’s strongest demon slayer.
The most recent chapter of the manga series ended up with a very exciting cliffhanger. After deciding to become a demon slayer due to the death of his wife and unborn child, Yoriichi finally met the boss of all demons, Muzan.
Fans already know that Muzan, being the boss, is no pushover. This demon’s full power and abilities will likely be revealed as he will be giving it his all to battle against the top demon slayer in the land.
On the other hand, Yoriichi will be doing his best as well. After killing minor demons in the past, going against Muzan to finish him off is probably his life’s biggest ambition at that point. Killing the boss will be the same as finally getting revenge over his wife and son’s death all those years ago.
Thus, he will be using his most powerful moves and trump cards to deal with his demonic opponent. Similarly, Muzan will be using the strongest killer moves in his repertoire to deal with his formidable opponent.
While it will definitely be a close fight between the two strong fighters, fans already know how it will eventually end. It has been revealed that Yoriichi almost killed Muzan in the past and that event will likely happen in the upcoming ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ chapter 187.
This could mean that Yoriichi will unleash the move that almost ended Muzan’s life. However, the demon still managed to escape in the end and went on to live another day.
As the person reliving his ancestor’s memory, there’s a good chance that Tanjiro might learn just how Yoriichi defeated the demon. This could mean that, after waking up from the dreamlike state he is currently in, Tanjiro will also now possess the means to defeat the current Muzan.
There’s also a chance that the upcoming chapter might already reveal what Nezuko is doing at the moment. There have been speculations that she will be the person capable of healing Tanjiro after being infected with Muzan’s blood. This could already happen in “Demon Slayer” Chapter 187 or later chapters.
