CARMEL, Ind., Aug. 29, 2017 -- Determine, Inc. (NASDAQ:DTRM), the pioneering leader in global Source-to-Pay and Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (ECLM) Cloud Platform solutions, announced today the promotion of Kevin Grande to General Counsel.
Mr. Grande joined the company in July 2015 as Associate General Counsel. He was previously with Alerding Castor Hewitt LLP, a privately held law firm specializing in technology, SaaS, licensing, private equity, litigation and entrepreneurship law.

As General Counsel for Determine, Mr. Grande will lead Determine’s legal operations. He will provide strategic legal advice to management, set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors, evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action and identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks.
