Butler Snow is pleased to announce the re-election of Donald Clark Jr. to serve as chairman of the firm until January, 2020. Clark has served in the role since 2006. During this period, Butler Snow has grown from 3 offices and 140 attorneys to 24 offices and more than 330 attorneys.

Clark’s collaborative, teamwork first style compliments a unique culture at the firm. He has worked with Butler Snow’s executive committee to implement strategic plans focused on strengthening client service; talent development, inclusivity and diversity; and practice development and service offerings for clients.
During his tenure, the firm has garnered numerous awards and accolades, and consistently ranks among the nation’s top law firms in many practice areas as well as for client service. Over the past year, Butler Snow was named a Top 10 firm for pharmaceutical client relations by BTI Consulting and was recently ranked as one of the Top 10 Bond Counsel practices in the country by Thomson Reuters.

Haley Barbour and former Florida Sec. of Commerce Gray Swoope. It also launched MRC/X – a regulatory and quality consulting subsidiary serving medical device, biologics, and tissue companies.
