South Korean exchange operator Dunamu brought a digital asset inheritance proposal to Seoul’s 2026 National Assembly Legislative Expo, with measures aimed at safeguarding holdings after death and helping heirs find them.

The proposal sets out two priorities: preserving assets after a user’s death and giving heirs a clearer way to identify those holdings.

Dunamu presented the plan in an exhibit that ran for two days.

The company’s display bore the slogan, “The value of digital assets, safely passed to the next generation.”
