STROUDSBURG, Pa., May 30, 2017 -- ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESSA), the holding company for ESSA Bank & Trust, a $1.75 billion asset institution providing full service retail and commercial banking, financial and investment services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2017, payable on June 30, 2017.
This will be the thirty-seventh consecutive quarter ESSA Bancorp, Inc. has paid a dividend to its shareholders. ESSA became a public company in April 2007.
