TEL AVIV, Israel, Jan. 28, 2016 -- Elbit Imaging Ltd. (“EI” or the “Company”) (TASE:EMITF) (NASDAQ:EMITF) announced today that Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza") (LSE:PLAZ) an indirect subsidiary of the Company, has appointed Dori Keren and Yitshak (Izzie) Elias to the roles of Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. Both roles will become effective on 1 April 2016 while Dori Keren will become Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2017.
