Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer reported a solid increase in aircraft deliveries in the fourth quarter of 2025, underscoring the company’s continued recovery and expansion across commercial, executive, and defense aviation segments. According to a securities filing released on Tuesday, Embraer delivered a total of 91 aircraft during the final three months of the year, representing a 21% increase compared with the same period in 2024.
The quarterly performance was driven primarily by executive aviation, with 53 business jets delivered during the quarter. Commercial aviation also contributed significantly, as Embraer handed over 32 commercial jets, while its defense division delivered six military aircraft. The balanced performance across business units highlights Embraer’s diversified portfolio and growing production efficiency.
For the full year, Embraer delivered 244 aircraft, marking an 18% year-on-year increase. Annual deliveries included 78 commercial jets and 155 executive jets, reflecting strong demand from airlines and business aviation customers despite ongoing challenges in the global aerospace supply chain. Importantly, the final figures fell comfortably within Embraer’s previously announced delivery guidance, which projected between 77 and 85 commercial aircraft and 145 to 155 executive jets for the year.
Market analysts responded positively to the update. Citi analysts described Embraer’s fourth-quarter delivery results as “strong,” noting that the figures reinforce expectations for increased production capacity heading into 2026. According to the analysts, investments made by Embraer in recent years to modernize facilities and streamline manufacturing processes are now translating into higher output and improved operational resilience.
Looking ahead, investors and industry observers will be closely watching Embraer’s upcoming financial results. The company is scheduled to release its fourth-quarter earnings on March 6, a report expected to provide deeper insight into profitability, order backlog trends, and future production targets. With rising aircraft deliveries, improving capacity, and sustained demand across key aviation markets, Embraer appears well positioned for continued growth in the global aerospace industry.
