LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., Nov. 08, 2016 -- Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of 3PL and 4PL solutions for a diverse range of finished goods and replacement parts, today announced that in addition to the Lenovo Idea brand, it will provide computer parts support for the Think brand.
Encompass recently received in substantial inventory comprising replacement parts for consumer and commercial Idea and Think tablets, laptops and desktops. Encompass supplies end users, authorized service centers, retailers and third-party administrators with genuine parts for out-of-warranty repairs; Lenovo provides in-warranty parts. To assist customers in quickly finding the Lenovo parts they need, Encompass developed a customized e-commerce web portal – lenovo.encompass.com.
Encompass first began supporting the Idea brand through an agreement with Lenovo executed last fall.
“We appreciate our growing partnership with Lenovo and the opportunity to now add repair parts for the Think brand,” said Eddie Cafferty, Encompass Director of Computer Vertical Business Development. “Backed by our extensive experience with Idea, we are well positioned to provide a superior experience to the Think customer base.”
Lenovo National Parts Sales Manager Mike Rumple agreed that Encompass’ success with the Idea brand will be extended to Think product support.
“Lenovo is dedicated to ensuring dependable access to the components needed to maintain our products post-warranty,” said Rumple. “Encompass has proven to be a strong partner that has so far delivered exceptional aftermarket service to our valued customers, and we expect this to continue.”
