PEMBROKE, Bermuda, May 25, 2017 -- Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:ENH-PC), a wholly-owned Bermuda-based property and casualty insurance and reinsurance subsidiary of Sompo Holdings, Inc. and a member of the Sompo International group of companies, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $396.875 per share payable on its 6.35% Non-Cumulative Preferred Shares, Series C (the “Series C Preferred Shares”). The dividend on the Series C Preferred Shares equals $0.396875 per depositary share, each of which represents a 1/1,000th interest in a share of the Series C Preferred Shares (the “Series C Depositary Shares”).
The dividend on Endurance’s Series C Depositary Shares will be payable on June 15, 2017 to the shareholders of record of Series C Depositary Shares on June 5, 2017.
