Enterprise Connect 2018: Masergy Makes UCaaS Provisioning Easy with Automation for Communications User Management

ORLANDO, Fla. and DALLAS, March 12, 2018 -- At this year’s Enterprise Connect, Masergy a leading provider of hybrid networking, managed security and cloud communications solutions, announced the availability of a new automation tool to streamline UCaaS user provisioning. The new tool with RESTful API (Application Program Interface) makes IT teams more productive by enabling them to automate user management tasks.

Masergy’s new tool creates efficiencies by:

• Automating provisioning triggered by Active Directory or SaaS HR applications
• Synchronizing Active Directory with the UCaaS platform
• Eliminating dependency on unfamiliar UCaaS admin portals to manage users

At Enterprise Connect, Manzoori will also participate on a panel to discuss “Cloud Tradeoffs: Customization vs. Off-the-Shelf, Cost vs. Agility,” March 14 at 3 p.m. The session will help enterprise managers evaluate and determine the optimal time for cloud transition. At booth No. 1119, the company’s experts will demonstrate Masergy’s cloud communications solutions as well as the new provisioning capability.
