LAS VEGAS, Sept. 27, 2017 -- Everi Holdings Inc. (NYSE:EVRI) (“Everi” or the “Company”), announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide its CashClub Wallet™ mobile application to WinStar World Casino and Resort. Through this implementation, WinStar World Casino and Resort, owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation, will maximize patron financial transactions by fully integrating the existing Everi Payments cash access and compliance solutions available across the gaming floor with the secure CashClub Wallet omni-channel technologies.

WinStar patrons will be able to access and manage their CashClub Wallet and stored funds in multiple ways, including through Everi’s mobile application, the Company’s full service kiosks located on the casino floor or through the assistance of a cage cashier. Everi’s CashClub Wallet interfaces directly with the Company’s cash access services, including warrantied ACH services, allowing patrons to conveniently load and unload funds to their mobile wallet. WinStar will be able to perform real-time know your customer (KYC) screening, OFAC list comparisons and ID validations for transactions using Everi ID™, a proprietary gateway to third-party and Everi-hosted KYC databases.
As a first of its kind in gaming, the CashClub Wallet mobile application allows patrons to stage transactions from the application and simply “tap” an Everi kiosk to dispense the cash or gaming ticket requested. This easy-to-use mobile service uses near field communication (NFC) and Bluetooth technology to shorten transaction times, reduce lines at cages and kiosks, and allow patrons to manage their transactions in a more private and convenient setting.
CashClub Wallet is fully integrated with the Everi Compliance™ suite, allowing for all relevant transactions to be logged and made available to each property’s compliance teams, thus creating an automated and consistent anti-money laundering (AML) environment.
