MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 02, 2016 -- Evine Live Inc. (“Evine”) (NASDAQ:EVLV) a multiplatform video commerce company (evine.com), today announced the appointment of Lori Riley as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Riley joins Evine with over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, serving in leadership positions at Target Corporation and UnitedHealth Group where she oversaw a number of responsibilities, including leadership of global employee relations, HR operations, payroll and employee experience.

Riley joins Evine after serving as Vice President Human Capital at UnitedHealth Group where she accelerated the company’s talent analytics strategy, drove innovative HR operations to scale with global growth, reinvigorated the diversity & inclusion strategy and established a values-based, positive culture with strong customer service focus. Previous to that, she spent 15 years at Minneapolis-based Target Corporation in numerous Human Resource positions, including Human Resources Manager, Director of Compensation, Human Resources Director, Vice President Human Resources Operations, and Vice President Target Technology Service, Corporate Systems. Riley received her MBA from Northern Illinois University.
As Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, Riley will oversee Evine’s Human Resource team.
