LENEXA, Kan., Oct. 11, 2017 -- Executive AirShare, already known for its best-in-class personalized service, gives its shareowners and customers another means to enjoy and manage their flight experience. Today, the company announces the release of its updated Executive AirShare application, available on the App Store for iOS devices.
The Executive AirShare App allows customers of the nation’s third largest fractional aircraft provider a convenient way to communicate with the Executive AirShare pilots and crew who deliver excellent customer service on each flight. Shareowners can quickly locate past and future trip itineraries, and view arrival and departure information.
“Our Executive AirCare customer service specialists manage the logistics of travel on every trip, from rental cars to specific catering requests,” says Keith Plumb, Executive AirShare’s president and CEO. “This new app provides another avenue for our customers to connect digitally with the AirCare Team, ensuring that every detail of their flight is well-managed – before and after we safely fly them to their destination.”
Other features include future flight booking and detailed information on additional fleet aircraft available to users. Through Executive AirShare’s interchange program, shareowners reduce expenses by selecting the right-size aircraft for the mission.
“Saving our shareowners time has always been a priority. Our day-based programs maximize what they can do with that time, getting the most value from business travel,” says John Owen, Executive AirShare’s chief financial officer. “The Executive AirShare App lets them take control of their scheduling needs directly, facilitating the most efficient travel experience possible.”
Prospective customers can access information about Executive AirShare programs, including fractional ownership, LAUNCH Lease® and EMBARK® membership. With a tap on their smartphone, they can connect with Executive AirShare sales team for further information.
