KENNESAW, Ga., Feb. 22, 2017 -- Continue with wellness goals from now to the end of March with a series of free and low-cost special health events hosted by Exodus Health Center. These popular and special health events support the needs of participants interested in achieving optimal health. Events fill up quickly and registration is required to participate.
The Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Workshop, which takes place this weekend and at the end of March, informs attendees on how to to heal the body with nutrition and supplementation, understand lab work to improve health, address hidden nutritional deficiencies, and learn more about functional anemia, thyroid testing, and inflammation with a functional nutritionist at Exodus Health Center.
Upcoming events include Harry’s Whole Foods Shopping Tour at 70 Powers Ferry Road in Marietta, where attendees learn to select foods to achieve health goals, boost energy, and lose weight. The Maximize Your Dinner Health class is at the Diner Bakery Co. in Kennesaw. A $10 fee accompanies registration. This class introduces three strategies to optimize health and improve quality of life. Each participant enjoys a special dinner with healthy and tasty ingredients that nourish the body.
For parents of young ones, the Children’s Nutrition Ideas class focuses on how to increase children’s immune systems, how to raise children’s enthusiasm for healthy habits, and the benefits to be had by ensuring children are eating nutritiously.
For those looking to naturally increase their energy levels, balance their hormones, and lose weight, the Healing Your Thyroid Naturally seminar is designed to educate on these topics. For enhanced performance in one’s personal and professional lives, the Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn seminar teaches participants how to strategize and adapt their habits to ones which will provide them with success in these areas of life.
