MOUNTAIN GROVE, Mo., Aug. 01, 2017 -- First Bancshares, Inc. ("FBSI"), the parent corporation of First Home Bank of Mountain Grove, Missouri, announced today that it has closed on the acquisition of Stockmens Bank of Colorado Springs, Colorado in an all-stock transaction.
