LONDON, Dec. 06, 2017 -- Ferroglobe PLC (NASDAQ:GSM) (“Ferroglobe”) announced today that members of its senior management, including its Executive Chairman, Javier López Madrid, Chief Executive Officer, Pedro Larrea Paguaga, and its Chief Financial Officer, Joe Ragan, made open-market purchases of shares of Ferroglobe on December 5, 2017, December 1, 2017 and November 30, 2017, respectively. Mr. López Madrid purchased 10,000 shares at a price of $15.73 per share, Mr. Larrea purchased 8,000 shares at a price of $16.45 per share and Mr. Ragan purchased 5,300 shares at a price of $16.35 per share.
