A new trailer for “Final Fantasy VII Remake” is finally out there, and fans are absolutely going crazy over it. However, just as the clip inspired hope in gamers, it also inspired a great deal of fear due to how much more defined the characters look. Aerith’s appearance is particularly disturbing to older fans simply because they already know what is going to happen.
The teaser below showcases plenty of cinematic pieces, but it also does come with some gameplay teasers that look great, The Verge notes. This is the first look that the developers have provided of “Final Fantasy VII Remake” after several years of silence, and it would seem that more details are promised to come out next month. At least, this is what Tetsuya Nomura is quoted as saying in a social media post.
“Most of the plans are already in place in the run up to launch, so please bear with us a little longer until we can release more information next month,” the quote reads.

More than anything else, the trailer for “Final Fantasy VII Remake” helped to reinvigorate fans who were starting to lose hope that they were ever going to get to play the game. As a remake to one of the most beloved JRPGs of all time, this title is a highly anticipated project that is unrivaled in the industry. The fact that it is also going to involve heartbreaking tragedy only adds some spice to the wait.
Speaking of which, another reason why many fans are fearing the prospect of “Final Fantasy VII Remake” is the matter of episodic segments. That is to say, instead of one story divided into four discs, this is going to be four parts that will need to be downloaded separately. Players are basically afraid that there is going to be a huge gap between them.
As for when “Final Fantasy VII Remake” is likely to come out, there is no set date yet. However, with an announcement set for next month, speculations put a release date somewhere around early 2020.
