RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 26, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of First Citizens BancShares Inc. (Nasdaq:FCNCA) declared on Oct. 25, 2016, a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share on the Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable Jan. 3, 2017, to shareholders of record Dec. 19, 2016.
