RALEIGH, N.C., April 26, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of First Citizens BancShares Inc. (Nasdaq:FCNCA) declared on April 25, 2017, a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share on the Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable July 5, 2017, to shareholders of record June 27, 2017.
