STRASBURG, Va., Feb. 20, 2018 -- The Board of Directors of First National Corporation (OTC:FXNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on February 14, 2018. This was a 43% increase compared to the quarterly dividend paid on December 15, 2017. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2018 to shareholders of record as of March 2, 2018.
