“Food Wars” season 4 is one of the most awaited anime shows at the moment even though its producers have not yet made any official announcement about its release. There is also speculation that it could premiere before 2019 ends.

It has been around 11 months since the anime’s third installment concluded, but studio and producer J.C.Staff has yet to confirm the release of “Food Wars” season 4. However, considering how the series has become globally popular and the fact that the manga series continues to have new story arcs, new anime installment is almost a sure thing.

This is why most fans are more concerned about when “Food Wars” season 4 could be released. As per OtakuKart’s report, the news source seemed certain that the “Fourth Plate” has been in production for some time now despite J.C.Staff’s silence. The same publication even mentioned that fans “know” the anime series could premiere in fall.

Since “Food Wars” season 4 has not been officially announced yet, it also means that there are no teasers or trailers released at this point. However, the fall season is still several months away so this speculation might not be that far-fetched.

Considering that this series already has a strong fanbase, the producers may think that it does not need too many months between the official announcement and the official release date. If “Food Wars” season 4 is, indeed, slated to premiere in fall the first trailer could drop in summer.

What is certain at this point is the story arc for “Food Wars” season 4. The series will surely pick up on the next events of the ongoing Régiment de Cuisine between the Rebels led by Soma Yukihira and Erina Nakiri and the Central led by main antagonist Azami Nakiri and members of the Elite Ten that he convinced to follow his lead.
