Although a lot of players were not really sure if it was going to happen, Epic finally went ahead and made the Week 10 challenges available to complete. Considering that it will not be long before “Fortnite” Season 8 is done, it was understandable that there would be some doubts with regards to their release. Even so, they were provided at the last minute and the rewards are some awesome skins that appear to be inspired by “Overwatch.”
The complete list of the challenges themselves is available over at Fortnite Insider, with many of them being no different than the ones that came before. This should make things a lot easier for veteran players who want to come away from “Fortnite” Season 8 with a sense of accomplishment. With that said, there are not as many of them as the last round of challenges.
This is to be expected since “Fortnite” Season 9 is on the horizon. There is not enough time to complete a lot of challenges, as it is, even those currently available in “Fortnite” Season 8. Players could miss out on a whole lot if they are given more obstacles to overcome than they already have. With that being the case, it would be best for combatants to hurry up and get on with completing the challenges as soon as possible.
Players who are successful at doing so before “Fortnite” Season 8 ends have the chance to unlock some rare skins. These include the Sidewinder Overtime skin, which looks like it was ripped directly from “Overwatch.” The same goes for the Ember Overtime skin and the Master Key overtime skin.
Although these skins are nothing more than cosmetic additions, they are proof that players got everything they could from “Fortnite” Season 8. This would then allow them to proceed to “Fortnite” Season 9 with a satisfied heart.
