FxWirePro: Asian markets noticeably down after Fed’s rate hike decision, gold hovers around $1,300 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a lower note on Thursday. Gold was trading around $1,298 mark while silver was trading around $16.96 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.62 pct lower at 22,824.55 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.13 pct lower at 6,015.22 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.4 pct at 3,038.07 points and China's csi300 index to open down 0.4 pct at 3,774.64 points.

Hong Kong’s hang seng was trading 0.77 percent lower at 30,489.02 points.

Taiwanese stocks was trading around 0.92 percent lower at 11,077.93 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.48 percent lower at 10,803.80 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.46 points lower at 35,576.88 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 1.38 percent lower at 2,435.55 points.
