FxWirePro: Asian markets slightly up, gold trades flat at $1,425 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on Tuesday. Gold was trading around $1,425 mark while silver was trading around $16.43 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.42 pct higher at 21,668.55 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX200 was trading 0.31 pct higher at 6,846.55 points.

Hong Kong's hang seng index was trading 0.28 percent higher at 28,186.48 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.62 percent higher at 2,042.44 points.

Taiwan stock was trading 0.50 percent lower at 10,830.22 points.

India’s NSE was trading 0.30 pct higher at 11,226.55 points and BSE Sensex was trading 0.36 pct higher at 37,820.55 points.
