BTC/GBP continued its uptrend on Thursday, surging past the 1000 mark. It is currently hovering around its new all-time high of 1006 levels at the time of writing (Coinfloor).
Ichimoku analysis of daily chart:
Tenkan Sen: 907
Kijun Sen: 859.50
Momentum studies suggest extremely bullish bias. Resistance is now seen at 1023 (113% retracement of 936 and 616) and a break above would see the pair testing 1061.20 (127.2% extension of 616 and 966)/1100.
On the flipside, support is seen at 998 (1H 20-SMA) and any violation would see a dip till 956.40 (5-DMA)/935 (10-DMA).
