BTC/USD hit a fresh all-time high of 1283.25 levels on Thursday, before closing at 1257 levels. Today, the pair is trading in a close range between 1255 and 1270 levels (Bitstamp).
Ichimoku analysis of daily chart:
Tenkan Sen: 1187.17
Kijun Sen: 1098.49
The pair now faces resistance at 1283 (March 02 high) and a break above would target 1300 (psychological)/1352 (113% extension of 751.34 and 1283.25)/ 1380.
Overall trend appears bullish, with no signs of reversals in the daily charts. However, caution is advised as the pair is in extremely overbought levels. Watch out for a close below 5-DMA for possible minor reversal.
The pair is likely to find support at 1238 (4H 10-SMA) and a break below would see a dip till 1209 (5-DMA)/1157 (23.6% retracement of 751.34 and 1283.25).
