EUR/GBP extends its daily decline, 10-DMA at 0.7598 caps downside for now, further weakness can be seen on breaks below.
- Unexpected dovish tone at Draghi's press conference on Thursday has opened the door to a generalized EUR weakness.
- Techs are biased lower, break below 10-DMA can take the pair to 0.7525 levels.
- 0.7582 (Jan 19 lows) is immediate support on the downside below 10-DMA at 0.7598, while 5-DMA at 0.7653 is resistance.
- Euro area, flash manufacturing and services PMIs are due later, while Retail Sales and UK's Public Sector finances likely to influence the cross.
Recommendation: Good to short EUR/GBP around 0.76 levels, SL: 0.7650, TP: 0.7525/0.75
