- New Zealand: ANZ activity outlook unchanged in August at 3.8 percent. ANZ business confidence declined further to -50.3 in August from -44.9 in July.
- Australia: Private capital expenditure down 2.5 percent in Q1. Building permits down 5.6 percent in July.
Upcoming:
- Germany: import price inflation report will be released at 6:00 GMT.
- Spain: HICP inflation report will be released at 7:00 GMT.
- Switzerland: KOF leading indicator will be updated at 7:00 GMT.
- Germany: Unemployment report will be published at 7:55 GMT. HICP inflation report will be published at 12:00 GMT.
- United Kingdom: M4 money supply report will be published at 8:30 GMT, along with consumer credit and mortgage approval report. GFK consumer confidence report will be released at 23:00 GMT.
- Eurozone: Consumer confidence and services sentiment reports will be released at 9:00 GMT.
- United States: Personal income and spending reports will be released at 12:30 GMT, along with PCE inflation report and weekly jobless claims report. EIA will release weekly inventory report 14:30 GMT.
- Canada: Second quarter GDP report will be released at 12:30 GMT.
- Japan: Unemployment report will be released at 23:30 GMT, along with inflation numbers and followed by industrial production report at 23:50 GMT.
