Data released so far:

  • Japan: Services PMI declines to 51 in May from 52.5 in April.
     
  • Australia: Q1 current account deficit came at $10.5 billion. RBA kept monetary policy unchanged at today’s meeting.
     
  • China: Services PMI came at 52.9 in May.

Upcoming:

  • France: France would release April budget details at 6:45 GMT.
     
  • Spain: Markit services PMI report will be released at 7:15 GMT.
     
  • Italy: Markit services PMI report will be released at 7:45 GMT.
     
  • France: Markit services PMI report will be released at 7:50 GMT.
     
  • Germany: Markit services PMI report will be released at 7:55 GMT.
     
  • Eurozone: Markit services PMI report will be released at 8:00 GMT, followed by April retail sales report at 9:00 GMT.
     
  • United Kingdom: Markit services PMI report will be released at 8:30 GMT. MPC member Cunliffe is set for a speech at 10:00 GMT.
     
  • Canada: Q1 labor productivity report will be released at 12:30 GMT.
     
  • United States: Markit services PMI report will be released at 13:45 GMT. JOLTS jobs report will be released at 14:00 GMT, along with ISM non-manufacturing PMI.
     
  • New Zealand: Global dairy auction is scheduled today.
