USDCHF continues to trade higher for third consecutive days on broad-based US dollar buying. The US private-sector job grew by 174K in Jan, compared to a forecast of 48K. US ISM services hit two years high at 58.70 in Jan much better than the estimate of 56.70. The break above 0.8925 confirms that the decline from 0.92950 got completed. DXY's is holding well above 91, a jump till 92 likely.
The near term resistance at 0.9020; any convincing violation above will take to the next level till 0.9050/0.9080.
On the lower side, significant support stands at 0.8950, any indicative break below targets 0.8920/0.8870/0.88385.
It is good to buy on dips around 0.8968-70 with SL around 0.8900 for a TP of 0.9050/0.9080.
